Pasco County Commissioners Proclamations for Rosie Paulsen and Good Faith Insurance

Good Faith Insurance Services is a brokerage firm that was founded on June 1, 2009 to educate retirees on their Medicare choices and benefits. The company motto is: “Providing an honest and unbiased solution to your Medicare options one family member at a time.” With more than 20 years of experience in customer service, Rosie Paulsen, Owner of Good Faith Insurance Services, was born in Quito, Ecuador, South America and moved to the United States in 1988. Rosie is married to her best friend, Pastor Scott Paulsen, and has three children, Tabatha, Steven, and Krystle.

Rosie holds monthly educational seminars on Medicare and its benefits. In December 2009 Rosie founded the Pasco/Hernando Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and is currently the President Emeritus. Recently, Rosie accepted a position as an Independent Business Development Executive with Gaceta Latina, the first and longest running Hispanic newspaper in the area.

Prior to working in the Insurance industry Rosie worked for American Express Travel Services for 9 years. She also worked with Humana Health Care for 4 years, leading the transitions to reach the Hispanic Senior Market. Rosie has received many awards including Best Performance as an employee, Pace Setter with American Express, Presidents Club with Humana, and Tampa Bay Hispanic Leadership Class of 2012. Good Faith Insurance Services received small business of the year in 2010 from PHHCC and the HPWA Excellence Award for Insurance Services in 2013. Her business was also the second recipient of the Pasco Economic Development Council Micro Loan in 2012.Rosie Paulsen is a Public Speaker and Hispanic Leader, in addition to being an Expert in Insurance. She has “Pure Positive, Inspiring Ideas,” which reflect her goal to help restore society through inspiration, determination, and her Pure Positive attitude.
