When people spend their own money, they always look for the best product at the lowest possible price. “When you spend other people's money (which is how 95% of the healthcare market operates), there is less care and concern for how money is spent and what it is spent on,” which provided Donalds a seamless segue to the subject of Common Core and Florida’s education standards.
