Thursday, Oct 15, 2015 | On Target Page: Dade City, Dade City Community Events

This year's Scarecrow Fest was a smashing (pumpkin) success for everyone who came out. It was a beautiful day at the museum. Lots of families came out to enjoy the festivities. Numbers aren't completely in yet but it looks like they had a few thousand guests. Scarecrow Festival at the Pioneer Florida Museum in Dade City had some great food vendors, crafters and community folks. If you were some of those guests, thank you for coming out. They also had some great food vendors, crafters and community folks. The organizers give a big thank you to everyone that helped make the Scarecrow Festival a success: Volunteers, vendors, supporters, board members, staff, and all their wonderful guests! They appreciate everything you do.

And last but not least, the volunteers that came out (even the Barking Dogs) and worked all day to make sure the day was perfect. We could not have done it without you. One more shout out to Richard Riley for always coming out and taking amazing pictures for the museum, thank you.
