From Veterans Alternative: “The Inaugural Veterans Day Boxing Throw Down was beyond a success! The community support was overwhelming. Our gratitude continues to grow, along with our ability to reach more Combat Warriors. There are so many people to thank!
Our boxers were trained by Four Corners Boxing Gym Port Richey leading up to the big night. West Pasco Chamber of Commerce hosted the event with Paul Friedlander as our MC of the night. Our boxers were sponsored by Medical Center of Trinity, Regional Medical Center Bayonet Point, Bene's Career Academy, and Gulfside Regional Hospice. Amazing show of support for our Veteran boxers! Our Ring Sponsor for the event was Friendly Kia. The full bar was supported by @Jennifer Davida and @Cornerstone Financial Planners.

Table Sponsors included, Hits 106, Ferman Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of New Port Richey, and Millian-Aire Enterprise Corp. Programs were provided by @Fast Signs. Our political support was felt and shown by Representative Amanda Murphy, District 36, Danny Burgess, and Rep. Gus Bilirakis. DJ China was in the house to keep the crowd entertained and boxers pumped for their fights. Our Ring Ladies Connie Moonkittie Frank and Melissa Javan Taylor kept the ring interesting with their beautiful Acro Yoga skills. The Veterans Alternative team worked together to make this a great time for all. Everything we do for our Combat Veterans is inspired by our community and the individuals who cheer us on."
