Pasco County Commissioner Jack Mariano donates remaining campaign funds to the R.O.P.E. Center

The R.O.P.E. Center gives people a hand up not a handout. Pasco County had let the R.O.P.E. Center lease a place that we had acquired years ago. That property was recently sold and will be going back on the tax rolls.  The R.O.P.E. Center had been storing a lot of blankets for the homeless and need a new place to store them so Pasco County Commissioner Jack Mariano gave them $2,200 from his campaign funds to help acquire a storage container so these blankets can stay in our area to help those who may be a need in the future.

“The Rope Center was blessed and very thankful for a generous donation from Jack Mariano today!’ said Pastor Susan Campbell of the Rope Center. “The donation was used for a storage container for blankets being distributed to Pasco County homeless and needy families so we are very appreciative of Jack and his beautiful family!” said Campbell.
