Clayton, a resident of Land O’ Lakes, is 16 months old and was diagnosed with Rhabdomyosarcoma, stage 3 cancer of the muscle origin. He is facing 40 weeks of chemotherapy coupled with radiation.
The funds that were raised will help with the many expenses not covered by insurance and deductibles. Scholarship funds will go to graduating seniors from Wesley Chapel area High Schools. $20 ticket entitled you to $20 of Fun Money that you can use to play or learn how to play the casino games. There was Roulette, Slots Machines, Black-Jack & Craps. Everyone used their Fun Money winnings towards a 1st, 2nd or 3rd Place Trophy.
You were also able to Bid on prize baskets filled with donations from the many sponsors. Also included were, Free Heavy Hors d’oeuvres, Cash Wine & Beer Bar by Time for Wine and DJ by Finest DeeJays, John Jay.
