PDF VersionThe 8th Annual Taste Pasco 2018 with Sips and Sounds was held on Saturday, April 7, 2018 from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, located at the Pasco Rotary Pavilion at the Concourse, 12010 Alric Pottberg Rd, Hudson. The event showcased amazing bands, cuisine, beer, and wine from right here in Pasco County. They also had raffle baskets and entertainment for the children. Photos provided by J. David Wright.
The annual event brings over 500 community members together to raise funds for a non-profit or government agency in need. This year the class selected Metropolitan Ministries as their beneficiary.
Metropolitan Ministries cares for the homeless and those at risk of becoming homeless in our community through services that alleviate suffering, promote dignity and instill self-sufficiency … as an expression of the ongoing ministry of Jesus Christ. Based in Holiday, Metropolitan Ministries serves all homeless and at-risk individuals and families regardless of their home of origin. However, its primary focus area is west and central Pasco County.
