West Pasco Habitat 4 Humanity Revitalizing Town and Country Villas Neighborhood held a Groundbreaking Ceremony on Friday, June 22, 2018, on Leisure Lane in New Port Richey.
Some 100 people were at the West Pasco Habitat groundbreaking on Leisure Lane to start Town and Country Villas neighborhood revitalization. Gulf Harbors Civic Association sponsored the first home, raising $70,000 so far. Photos provided by J David Wright.
