In The Loop Brewing held the AVM Awareness Benefit in memory of Ashley Torres, a Land O Lakes resident that passed away from an AVM rupture in her brain. Ashley was born with this (actually two) but wasn’t aware until it was too late due to the signs and symptoms being so common, which is where it gets the name “silent killerâ€. This event was created to raise awareness and educate the community in hopes that it might save a life. All proceeds from this event were donated to The aneurysm and AVM Foundation. With live music, cold craft beer made just for this event by In The Loop Brewing, raffles, prizes, and a food truck.
