Rotary District Dinner and Awards Banquet 2019 at Spartan Manor, in New Port Richey by J David Wright

The Rotary District 6950 Dinner and Awards Banquet was held on Saturday, June 15, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. at Spartan Manor, located at 6121 Massachusetts Ave, New Port Richey, FL 34653. It was a very different and fun filled evening. Photos provided by J. David Wright.

The Rotary Members received certificates of appreciation and a special Paul Harris Award was presented to one the nominees.

The Foundation Dinner is meant to recognize their new Paul Harris Fellows, and presented a special community member with a Paul Harris Fellow Award.

The Paul Harris Fellowship recognition was created in memory of the Rotary Club’s founder as a way to show appreciation for contributions to the Foundation ‘s charitable and educational program. Paul Harris Fellows are advocates of the Foundation’s goals of world peace and international understanding. The Fellowship salutes a Rotarian or a member of the community for exceptional service and who at the same time demonstrates the belief in the value of the Foundation ’s humanitarian and educational programs in helping to save and change lives around the world.
