Pasco Fine Arts Council hosted a free demonstration by acclaimed watercolorist artist, Joye Moon on Tuesday, February 4, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Avalon Park West Amenity Center, located at 5060 River Glen Blvd., Wesley Chapel, FL 33543.
Joye’s award-winning watercolors have been selected for dozens of juried exhibitions across the country. She has multiple signature memberships including the National Watercolor Society. She is also an avid traveler and teacher and organizes international trips and leads painting workshops.
