Wesley Chapel Toyota recently donated $10,000 to Pasco Sheriff’s Charities in a ceremony at their location at 5300 Eagleston Blvd. in Wesley Chapel. These funds will be used to purchase an Animal Assisted Therapy (AAT) K9 for the Pasco Sheriff's Office. AAT K9s are nationally certified as therapy K9s. The AAT K9s are used to bring a calm presence to calls for service and to citizens experiencing a mental health crisis or who experienced a traumatic event, while providing a calm presence in stressful situations. “It is a honor to be able to provide to our community and especially to an organization like Pasco County Sheriff” said General Manager of Wesley Chapel Toyota Joe Barba.
