Christopher Sheppard (on left), of Countryside Montessori in Land O’ Lakes, and friend Austin Brown (aka Hashbrown), of Northdale Elementary, were hanging and swinging at the Swamp Fest. Cooper Diaz and Terrance Craig, of McKitrick Elementary, enjoyed the rides at the Swamp Fest held on November 4-6 at the Community Center in Land O’ Lakes.
Katherine Edmondson, of Land O’ Lakes, thought the cotton candy was the best part of the Swamp Fest. The Land O’ Lakes High School FFA (Future Farmers of America) raised money with a dunk tank at the Swamp Fest. Gator student Edwin Rodriguez was in the tank.Land O’ Lakes Pal Football sold drinks and candy to earn money at the Swamp Fest. Land O’ Lakes residents Trenton Apostol (from left), Mark Griffin, and Dally Griffin checked out the carousel on the midway at the Swamp Fest.
