The Community Service Council of West Pasco Inc. held its December Holiday Celebration on Thursday, December 01, 2022, from 11:30am to 1:00pm at Kontos Hall, 9426 Little Road, New Port Richey.

The December Holiday Celebration preceded the annual Festival of Trees at Kontos Hall.

The Community Service Council of West Pasco is a proud organization consisting of professional leaders and individuals building eternal friendships and providing networking opportunities for their business. The blend of diverse backgrounds and talents work toward the betterment of our community. Photos were provided by J David Wright.

The winner of the Community Service Council of West Pasco, Inc. Gift Card Tree valued at more than $2,100 was John Long! Also, Congratulations to Valerie Anderson-Stallworth for receiving the Humanitarian of the Year Award and Marina Angelo McLoone as the Volunteer of the Year. CSC also gave out $4000 in special project grants to Healthy Start Coalition, Investigation Station, ARC Nature Coast, Good Samaritan Clinic and Premier Community HealthCare Group, Inc.

About The Community Service Council of West Pasco:

The Community Service Council of West Pasco was formed in the fall of 1979 by a group of professionals working for several service agencies in the area. There were close to 40 people that attended the first meeting. Early Presidents of the organization were Bob Williams, Chuck Jackson and Reverend Peggy Hill.

Throughout the years, the organization has taken on many initiatives including business expos, scholarship programs, special project grants and the intergenerational program. Special Events have been developed to raise money to support the non-profit organizations in the West Pasco Area.
