Central Pasco Chamber of Commerce held their Holiday Party at Plantation Palms, 23253 Plantation Palms Blvd (off Collier Pkwy) and members brought an unwrapped toy for Big Brothers-Big Sisters.

Debbie Hawley of Hawley Dental Associates is the new 2012 Honorary Mayor of Land O’Lakes, raising $9,295.00 in her bid for the office. Coming in with a very strong performance by Rene Van Hout of LOL Transport & Moving, who raised $6,000.00 in her quest for the post. Ten percent of the proceeds from Hawley’s campaign will benefit Pediatric Cancer Foundation and 10 percent of Van Hout’s proceeds will be split between Oasis Pregnancy Center and the Heritage Park Foundation. A portion of the chamber proceeds will be used to purchase a new computer for the organization.
