On Saturday, April 1st the Dade City Center for the Arts held their second Art Walk in Historic Downtown Dade City which is sponsored by VITIS Realty. The Opening Ceremony started at 5 pm at Florida Cracker Lunch on Limoges and folks strolled throughout town as they followed the balloons to the 20+ businesses who had an artist at each location sharing their special art.
Some of the artwork was up for sale. Light refreshments were offered in the businesses, as well as our fine restaurants will be open along with the Dade City Brew House and The Wine Library. The Little Pre-Casso Exhibit was held at the Lighthouse Books. “This was a free event for the whole community to enjoy!” said Lucy Avila.
