The Greater Pasco Chamber of Commerce Members welcomed Brian Ford, COO of One Buc Place and AdventHealth Training Center for being our guest speaker at the July Chamber Luncheon. Ford brought a large helping of enthusiasm for the upcoming season, even without the legend Tom Brady and gain a chance to gain insider knowledge and engage with fellow members over lunch which was sponsored by Family Chiropractic Center for Wellness.
Brian A. Ford, Jr. is entering his 16th year with the Tampa Bay Bucs organization after joining the Buccaneers in 2006 and in his role, oversees all aspects of the organization's day-to-day business operations and community involvement. He works directly with team ownership to ensure that Buccaneers fans, season pass members and corporate sponsors receive a first- in-class experience. Under Ford's leadership, the Buccaneers have consistently earned top marks among NFL teams for customer service experience, ranking No. 1 in the league's annual Voice of the Fan report eight of the past ten seasons.
