About Mike Wells.

Mike Wells. has been a resident of Pasco County for most of his life. Mike was elected to the Pasco County Board of County Commissioners in 2014 and reelected in 2018. Mike served on the Commission until elected as the Pasco County Property Appraiser in 2020. Following in his father's footsteps serving the Citizens in Pasco County Mike has been instrumental in Pasco's tremendous economic growth. Committed to exceptional service, Mike is responsible for delivering the annual assessment roll for Florida’s fastest growing county. In addition to his responsibilities as Pasco County's Property Appraiser, Mike has provided leadership to several organizations. YMCA, United Way, Feeding Pasco's Elderly, The Angelus, Sunrise of Pasco, and Coastal Conservation Association are among the many organizations Mike has worked with. When time permits, Mike enjoys boating, fishing and spending time with his family.
