GFWC Lutz-Pasco Junior Woman's Club Paints With a Twist

Thursday, Aug 02, 2012 | On Target Page: Land O'Lakes, Lutz, Lutz Community Events
In keeping with President, Angie Carter’s theme of, “Juniors are Painting the Town”, members of the GFWC Lutz-Pasco Junior Woman’s Club spent a creative Sunday afternoon at the Trinity Painting With a Twist gallery. They enjoyed a little Paint, a little Wine and a Whole lot of FUN! During the 2 hour class they learned step by step how to create their own rendition of 'Looking Up' painted on a gallery wrapped 16 x 20 canvas. Not only did they have a great time and leave with a masterpiece, $10 from each painter was donated to the GFWC Lutz - Pasco Juniors as an Art Fundraiser! The club is currently accepting new members of women who are wanting to build friendships and give back to our community.
The club is still accepting pet friendly vendors for their upcoming “Paws in the Park” event in October. For an application please contact them at: gfwclutzpascojwc@gmail.com

Club members, Velando Hunter, Karly Howell, Lauren Leahey and Cathy Beaver listen to instructions from the artist at Painting With a Twist.
