Wells Fargo Advisors Building Groundbreaking Ceremony in Trinity

The commute along State Road 54 east of Duck Slough Road is pretty quick most mornings. Drivers zip past wide open spaces as they head from one developed part of the county to another. At 8:30 a.m. Friday, several dozen people took a planned pit stop along this stretch of road at Corporate Drive. They gathered under a tent and were greeted by commercial real estate developer Joel Traub as he kicked off a groundbreaking ceremony for his latest project, the Trinity Corporate Center, the future West Pasco home for Wells Fargo Advisors.

"When we conceptualized this project, we obviously based it on Wells Fargo being the anchor tenant," Traub said as a crew was already preparing the 2-acre site at 11300 S.R. 54. By May, the 21,000-square-foot office condominium should be ready for occupancy. Wells Fargo Advisors will relocate to an 8,100-square-foot unit from its current address, 11031 U.S. 19, Port Richey, which Traub built seven years ago.

Mike Cox, vice president with Wells Fargo Advisors, said the move represents a "doubling down" recommitment by Wells Fargo to West Pasco and a show of confidence in the potential of the Trinity area. To read more by Klint Lowry Click: The Suncoast News
