The Central Pasco Chamber of Commerce held a Ribbon Cutting for central Pasco County’s newest community, Altis at Grand Cypress located at 1901 Cypress Preserve Drive in Lutz, Florida on March 15, 2013.

Directions:
From I-275 or from I-75, take the Land 'o Lakes (State Road 56) exit. Turn onto SR 56 heading west. Continue on SR 56. After going through first traffic light, SR 56 ends and you will now be travelling on SR 54. Continue on SR 54 another 1-2 miles. Go through light at Livingston Ave and SR 54 and make your next possible left and then a u-turn on SR 54. Make a right into the community. From the Veteran's Expressway, take the SR 54 exit and head east. Follow SR 54 approximately 4 miles. Go through light at SR 54 and Collier Parkway. Our community in ahead on the right after you completely pass shopping plaza.
