Longtime GFWC Lutz-Land O’Lakes Woman’s Club member and Pasco County School Board member, Joanne Hurley, not only spent countless hours handcrafting and hand-stitching this beautiful quilt, but has offered it as a special opportunity drawing to raise funds for this year’s “Making Strides Against Breast Cancer” Walk on October 19, 2013 at The Shoppes of Wiregrass. The photos don’t do justice to this gorgeous quilt as it is also embellished with crystal sequins, the reverse side features the Breast Cancer pink ribbon logo and has been appraised at over $1200.
