Over 10,000 men, women, children and their pets donned their pick colored outfits to raise funds to help the American Cancer Society through the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer. The walk started at the Shops at Wiregrass with a everyone getting loose and stretching and inspirational words by Reverend Joe Jackson who spoke of losing his mother to breast cancer 20 years ago and former Chair Paula O’Neil PhD (Pasco comptroller and clerk of court) who just completed her final round of Chemotherapy days earlier in her own battle against breast cancer. The walkers wound their way all around the new Florida Hospital Wesley Chapel stopping for water stations and petting the mounted horses from the Pasco Sheriff's Office.

From Pasco County Sheriff's Office: Sheriff’s spokesperson Melanie Snow said Mark Curto, 62, of Tampa was part of the air show, when the Wingwalker fell off the plane to his death and his parachute failed to deploy. The pilot safely landed the biplane at Topp of Tampa airport in Land O’ Lakes where the flight originated.
