The HUBOWEEN IV - West Pasco County's Only Drive Thru Event – was held on Friday October 27th and Saturday October 28th from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm at Jay B. Starkey Wilderness Park, located at 10500 Wilderness Park Blvd. New Port Richey, FL 34655.

The HUBOWEEN IV was presented by R.J. Kielty, Pasco County Parks, Recreation & Natural Resources, and the Greater Pasco Chamber of Commerce. It was RJ Kielty Plumbing-Heating-Cooling’s most successful event to date raising over $80,000.00!
